I am a clinical psychologist in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle who works with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of distress in their lives. Some of these stressors include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, dissociation, poor coping skills, and living with a life-threatening illness (e.g. cancer). I have experience working with a range of people, including adolescents, members of LGBT communities, persons of color, and people with disabilities. I’ve also worked with individuals struggling to recover from chemical dependency. I use a variety of tools in working with clients, including EMDR, DBT,
and other evidenced-based practices.

If you would like to use insurance to cover psychotherapy or assessment services, contact your insurance company to see if I am on the panel. I can also bill as an out-of-network provider.
